Introduction
This document establishes the terms and conditions for using the rootsvillas.ro website and booking the services offered. By using this site and making a reservation, you fully accept the terms and conditions presented. If you disagree with these terms, please stop using the site.

Definitions
Client: Any natural or legal person who uses the site and makes a reservation.
Services: The accommodation services and facilities offered by Roots Villas.
Contract: The agreement between the Client and Roots Villas for the provision of services.
Property Booking
The person who completes the booking form will be considered the main contact and will be responsible for the entire booking and communication with our staff.
Reservations made online less than 48 hours before arrival must be confirmed by phone between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM at (+40) 731 700 191.
Roots Villas reserves the right to refuse any booking without providing justification.
Commercial filming and photography inside the property are not allowed without prior owner approval. Any obscene photo/video materials are strictly prohibited.
Accommodation is based on the identity document of all guests. The person who made the reservation is responsible for asking the other guests to read and comply with the Site Regulations (Terms and Conditions).
Guests are responsible for their behavior and for any other persons they allow access to Roots Villas.
Booking Conditions
Bookings can be made directly on the rootsvillas.ro website, by phone at (+40) 731 700 191, by email, or through other rental platforms (such as Airbnb, Booking, etc.) where Roots Villas is listed.
All booking details will be transmitted to the applicant, and the reservation will be considered firm once payment of the advance is received.
Check-in can be done from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 12:00 PM on the day of departure. These details can be modified by prior agreement.
A guest registration form must be completed by the person who made the reservation.
Property keys will be handed over personally upon arrival and must be returned to our responsible person on the day of departure.
Guests are responsible for choosing the accommodation unit. Roots Villas is not responsible if the property does not meet the guests’ expectations. Property materials available on the website and social media must be carefully reviewed before booking.
Any intentional or negligent damage to the building or equipment will be charged to the responsible guests, who are required to cover the repair costs.
The maximum capacity of the house must be respected according to the information on the site. Adults are considered those over 14 years old. Extra beds can be added for 2 people with a fee of 100 lei/person/night.
For bookings of eight or more nights, a complimentary refresh service (fresh linens and towels) is offered.
A 10% discount is applied for bookings longer than seven days.
The reservation can also be paid with vacation vouchers, but a 5% additional fee applies for processing them.
