Instructions - Roadmap
1. The Road to the Villa
The address of Redwood villa is:
46 Fântânii Street, Brașov 500482, Romania
Redwood is the second to last villa on the lane, with Sequoia being the last.
2. Parking
Free parking is available both in the courtyard and on the access lane. Those parking on the lane, please park your cars on the right side to facilitate access to the other villa.
3. Entrance to the Villa and Interior
At the entrance door, there is a keypad lock.
Type 1965.
Inside the box, you will find the entrance key and a remote control.
The remote control - the top right button closes the gate to the villa's courtyard, and the top left button closes the gate on the lane. Please always leave this one open for the clients at Sequoia.
The temperature is controlled from the thermostat and confirmed by pressing the middle button. This should always be set to the "sun" mode.
4. The KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The espresso machine works only with beans.
From the house, you have a container of coffee.
The dishwasher tablets are located under the sink.
5. The hot tub
It operates from 19:00 to 23:00. Please let us know 4 hours in advance if you would like to use it.
Before using, please read the hygiene and safety rules.
The three buttons control the jets, bubbles, and light.
6. The fire Pit
You can find firewood under the entrance stairs.
The grill has a pulley system that operates it vertically and horizontally.
7. The lights
Under the outdoor sink is a cabinet, and inside, on the left wall, you will find 4 switches. The lights operate on light sensors.
SAUNA InstrucTIOnS
To start the sauna, enter the temperature menu. Set the desired temperature and press „ON”.
Set the desired temperature, and when the thermometer turns red, the sauna is operational and begins to heat up.
To stop it, press the OFF button in the temperature menu.
When the thermometer turns white, the sauna is turned off.
To eliminate any risk of fire, press the „on/off” button and completely shut down the sauna.
Video projector instructions
On the kitchen bar, you will find 2 remote controls, one for the video projector (the one on the right) and one for the Chrome Cast.

To connect an audio device, go to settings -> bluetooth accessories -> pair device.
Please do not forget the remote controls outside.
FANCY A BIKE RIDE?
THE TRAIL
The bikes will be picked up from Zărnești, and together with our guide, you will explore a trail full of adventure.
Grab a backpack because we'll need to prepare for a barbecue. We'll make a stop along the trail where we'll eat our fill. The trail takes about 6 hours.

If you rent at least 5 bicycles from Roots, you get one for free.
The track
The ATVs will be picked up from the same location as the bicycles, in Zărnești. The chosen trails vary from easy, to medium, and advanced.
Pack a backpack, because we need to prepare for a barbecue. We'll make a stop along the way where we'll eat heartily. The route lasts about 6 hours.

The closest small store is Dodo Market, where you can find a few items. The next one is „La doi pasi”, about a 3-minute drive away. If you need to do more substantial shopping, you can go to Lidl, which is about 5-6 minutes away by car.
